Scholarship Information for Doctor of Pharmacy Students

The College of Pharmacy scholarship program provides financial assistance to students enrolled in the Doctor of Pharmacy program in preparation for careers in the health care profession. In academic year 2017-2018 the College of Pharmacy awarded 160 new and renewed scholarships valued at $264,112. Pharmacy Scholarships are made possible through the generosity of our donor contributions to the College that recognizes and encourages academic and professional achievement.

During spring semester students enrolled in the Doctor of Pharmacy P1-P3 program will receive an email from the Office of the Dean which includes a link to the online application for instructions on how to apply. Students may apply for up to three scholarships for consideration by the committee. Students with professionalism violations are not eligible for consideration of scholarship awards. The Dean appoints faculty members from across the college to serve on the Scholarships and Awards Committee. The committee reviews all application materials and makes award determinations adhering strictly to the criteria established for each scholarship.
